Return

The customer has the right to return the ordered items within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return and refund. The return and refund possibilities are for the following reasons:

• The product delivered is defective or broken or damaged due to handling or any other reasons.
• The product is unsuitable or unfit for the consumption by the time of delivery.

SpiceCheck24 will return the cost of returned products back to the customer after receiving the products. In case of damaged or broken or any other reason customer wants to exchange the product, the customer has to inform SpiceCheck24 within 14 days of receiving the delivery and then return the products within the next week. The customer has to bear the cost of shipment in case of returned products.

The returning products or package must be returned to us within 7 days from the day returning process has been initiated. Refund shall be rejected in case we receive the returned products after 7 days. While sending the returns, consider including trackability and insurance services to the retuning shipment to make sure that the package will reach us. We are not responsible in case of any damage or loss of returning package by customer.

In situation, the shipped package got lost in transit, the refund or resend of same package with same products will take place after agreement with customer.

Return Eligibility and Exceptions: 

• Returns eligibility: Product must be unused and in original packed condition or in same condition you received.
• Products exempted or not eligible for any return or exchange or refund: Perishable items like vegetables, fruits, frozen products, etc. and products in sale or special offers.

Refund:

On receival of your returns, our inspection team inspects the returned products and notify you through email the receival details and information about the approval or rejection of your refund with the reasons. In case of rejection, the returned products will be disposed through our disposable channels without any extra charges.

On approval of your refund, Refunding process will take place and you shall receive your refund within 8 – 10 working days in your linked bank account. Please remember it can take some more time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In case of any exchange request, the customer gets the refund as discount coupon which can be used in next shopping without any additional charges.
