Mango Thokku pickle is an authentic recipe of grated mango pickle. It adds great flavour to south Indian Breakfasts and also to steam heat Rice.

Ingredients: Grated mango, Garlic minced, refined rice bran oil, Salt, chilli powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, mustard seeds, chillies, and other savory spices.

Storage and Shelf Life:

*Use a dry spoon for serving, mix well before use, and keep the oil layer on top of the pickle for freshness.
*Store in a cool, dry place.
